Package 01
BARTENDER HIRE
This package consists of Bartenders only. All equipment, glassware & alcohol are to be supplied by you. Minimum 3 hour service.
3 hour service = $200/bartender
5 hour service = $300/bartender
7 hour service = $400/bartender
Package 02
DRY BAR HIRE
Inclusive of:
-
2 x RSA Trained Bartenders - up to 100 guests
-
Glassware (up to 100 pieces) - wine, champagne, tumblers. Please note this does not include glassware for set up on table
-
30kg of ice + 3 large drink tubs
-
Delivery/set up/pack down (30 mins for set up, 30 mins for pack down)

1 x Rustic Bar with a custom circle sign on the front (can be customised for event) & decor to suit your theme

Travel within 1 hour of Gatton (outside this are, additional travel costs will apply)

Package 03
COCKTAIL PARTY

SMALL GROUP
Minimum 20 guests, maximum 50 guests

If you wish to hire our service for longer than 4 hours, an additional charge of $150 will apply for every hour thereafter.

WEDDINGS
Minimum 3 hours of service

PREMIUM PACKAGE
Wedding package inclusive of table service*.

Glassware (up to 200 pieces) - wine, champagne, tumblers. Please note this includes set up of wine & champagne glasses on the tables

Price starts from $900. We can provide a recommendation and quote to you based on your event particulars, expected guests & staffing requirements.
*Table service will only be available during dinner service. Service will cease during speeches & formalities to ensure no disturbances occur during. This also gives our staff a change to have a break, restock & clean if necessary. Once dinner service is done, we move onto general bar service.
Additional Charges
For events over 100 people, we require 1 additional bartender per 50 additional guests charged at $100/hour
Glassware hire for 100+ guests - $1pp
Glassware breakages - $2/glass (this will be invoiced following your event)
Additional 15% charge for events on public holidays
Rustic Bar Hire for Packages 1, 3 & 4 - $100

Proposal
We create a proposal based on what you've told us about your event, guest numbers & hours of service.

Contract Time
Time to sign! Fill in and sign our Contract, & Terms of Service. We do also require a 25% deposit based on estimated numbers to confirm a date.
04
30 Days before
An event questionnaire will be sent. Fill us in, no detail is too small (trust me, it's all in those details).
05
10 Days before
We issue you your final invoice based on confirmed RSVP's. Remaining amount invoiced will need to be deposited within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
